I have been using GenX’ services for a number of years to assist with the rental of a family property. Their office reached out to me and offered their services and I’ve never looked back. The service was professional, detailed and the focus wasn’t simply a quick transaction but to get the right transaction. Recently when my wife and I had to make a life changing move, we entrusted GenX and the team to lead the Sale of our home. They went above and beyond to get this over the line even as we were remote. I highly recommend the GenX team for their realty services.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Kayley for all her help in sourcing tenants for my apartments. As a first-time landlord, I truly appreciated the way she guided me through the entire process — from providing a clear market analysis of similar offers to managing prospective applicants with professionalism and care.

Her honesty in appraisals, attention to detail, and support made what could have been an overwhelming process smooth and stress-free. I am extremely grateful for your assistance and the results you delivered.

I will certainly be recommending you and your agency to others looking for reliable and professional real-estate services.

I want to take this opportunity to commend the service given by GenX Reality Limited. The professionalism I received from the company and its agent Maurina Caraballo-Lazarus was excellent. She never left me hanging. She was present every single time someone came to view the property. She made herself available and present for any type of interaction In relation to
the property.

Once I wanted her to accompany me she never hesitated and most times volunteered. She is humble, knowledgeable, confident, prompt and very calm. Such attributes would have been consequential of the good leadership of the company GenX which she is a part of. I will encourage anyone to engage the services of the Real estate company and be great I’d this agent is assigned to you.
